Julian Estrada, whose father is Senator Jinggoy, said that he is more guwapo and leaner than his father. “Magaling lang po siyang kumanta, pero mataba siya,” he said in jest before going on to say, “nakakalungkot nga po dahil hindi niya mapapanood sa sinehan ang movie namin.”

Sa kabila raw ng pinagdadaanan ng kanyang ama, he is fully supporting Julian. “Baka dalhan ko na lang siya ng DVD copy (sa kulungan nito sa Camp Crame),” adds 16-year old Julian.

While he agrees that indeed showbiz is in his blood, “Iba pa rin po siyempre yung may degree o may mataas na pinag-aralan. Acting or showbiz is fun, and you’re trained to be disciplined lalo na pagdating sa tamang oras, pagkakaroon ng tamang pespective on earning and spending, and even relating with different kinds of people,” confessed Julian.

On relationships, he also adds that he has his share of childhood crushes, flings and even heartaches, but quickly shares, “I’m following my parents’ especially my father’s advise to take my time. Masyado pa raw po akong bata. Tapusin ko raw po muna ang pag-aaral ko.”
