To celebrate PhilHealth’s 20 years of service to the Filipino people, they will be holding a nationwide, simultaneous run para i-promote ang mga benefits at services na binibigay ng PhilHealth sa kanilang mga members.
Dubbed “PhilHealth: Ready, TSeKaP, Go!”, the run aims to generate public awarness about health care benefits that each member is entitled to, at kung paano ito maaaring ma-avail.
Tema ng run ang TseKaP– Tamang Serbisyo para sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya, ang primary care benefit package ng PhilHealth. Gusto ng PhilHealth na maging mulat ang mga Filipino, lalo na iyong mga nasa vulnerable na sectors ng society, na mahalagang magkaroon ng first line of defense laban sa mahal na pagpapa-ospital.
At the same time, nais ring ipakita ng PhilHealth ang kanilang pagiging bukas na organization for those needing assistance. Ayon sa PhilHealth, “the Run is also intended to showcase our selflessness as an organization, of instilling generosity, of welcoming every opportunity to share resources for the improvement of the plight of others.”
Dagdag pa rito, nais din ng PhilHealth na i-promote sa mga participants ang concept ng paying it forward at sharing sa mga nangangailangan.
