Unfortunately, may mga taxi drivers pa rin na hindi sumusunod sa bagong rule na ito.
Last March 6, nag-announce ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) announced a P10 rollback in flag-down rates for taxis nationwide. This brought the rate down from P40 to P30 for regular taxis and from P70 to P60 for airport taxis.
Ang implementation ng decrease sa flag-down rates ay nagsimula the following Monday, March 9.
Nagbabala ang LTFRB board that all taxi drivers who refuse to implement the rollback will be apprehended.
Dahil dito, the LTFRB urges commuters to report taxi drivers who refuse to acknowledge the P10-rollback.
