Showbiz Ambush by Ambet Nabus
Just had a chat with Primetime Drama King Coco Martin recently when he and Julia Montes were introduced to the media once more for their upcoming WANSAPANATYM stint.

“Lakas maka-bagets, ‘di ba Kuya Ambet?,” were Coco’s words to us when we teased him about his new target timeslot sa weekend programming ng ABS-CBN.
Accordingly, it was an intentional thing for the production outfit that is Dreamscape, to put Coco on a timeslot where youngsters can enjoy him acting as if he were their age. This is also why he was again paired with Julia, who he has already worked with before in a soap.
Julia’s role in that soap made her one of the now most sought-after young actresses. Unlike her contemporary Kathryn Bernardo who is still doing teen roles, Julia is taking the path that Bea Alonzo took several years back.
Coco and Julia also did a movie together, and now that they are working again on a “fantaserye-type” of a show, the Primetime Drama King states, “masarap sa feeling. Nakaka-bagets nga at sana mag-klik.”
The award-winning Wansapanatym will feature Julia and Coco in a story titled Yamishita’s Treasures, and is expected to set a new record for the show.
“First, tatakbo siya ng 8-weeks, if ever, the longest sa history ng Wansapanatym. Buong summer at malamang na umabot pa until school time uli. Second, assembly din ito ng mga mabibigat na names sa acting industry gaya nina Eddie Garcia, Angel Aquino, Bing Loyzaga, Noni Buencamino, plus nandiyan si Ryan Bang at i-introduce ang child star na si Alonzo Muhlach, plus many more artists na kukunin as guests. Then, yun nga, aim ng show na ma-target din ang youngsters na captive audience ng Wansapanatym. Maraming mga Coco-Julia fans na pasok sa audience na iyan,” explained Mother Biboy Arboleda, Dreamscape executive and manager of Coco.
