Ang Community Tax Certificate (CTC), or sedula, ay issued sa bawat individual or corporation upon the payment of community tax.
Kabilang sa mga gamit ng CTC ay para sa pag-a-apply for government-issued IDs kagaya ng postal ID, at sa pag-file ng Income Tax Return. The CTC may also be used as a supporting document sa passport application in some instances.

Kadalasang nakakakuha ng CTC sa mga local government offices kagaya ng barangay hall, municipal hall, or city hall.
Sino-sino ba ang dapat kumuha ng sedula?
1. Mga nakatira sa Pilipinas, 18 years old pataas, at naghahanapbuhay na for at least 30 consecutive working days
2. Any individual na nagmamay-ari ng real property na may aggregate assessed value of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) o higit pa
3. Any individual na nirerequire ng batas na mag-file ng income tax return (ITR)
4. Bawat corporation, domestic man o foreign, doing business in the Philippines
Paano kukuha ng sedula?
1. Pumunta lamang sa inyong local government offices (barangay, municipal, or city hall) kung saan nag-i-issue ng sedula.

2. Ang community tax ay babayaran sa lugar ng tirahan ng individual, or kung sa corporations, where their principal office is located.
2. Hanapin ang window o personnel na nag-i-issue ng sedula and ask the personnel for the CTC application slip.
3. Fill in the application slip.
Provide the following information:
Full name
Address
Citizenship
Civil status
Profession/Occupation/Business
TIN (tax identification number)
Date and place of birth
Height
Weight
Right thumb print
Signature
4. I-submit ang accomplished application slip at bayaran ang required na amount ng community tax sa designated personnel.
5. Hintayin ang issuing officer na ibigay sa iyo ang iyong sedula.
6. Pirmahan at lagyan ng thumb print on the spaces provided sa sedula.
