1. Bring plenty of water.

2. Have concern for the safety of others, donít push or shove others.

dohtips33. Bring fans, caps and raincoats instead of umbrellas.

4. In case of emergency, keep calm and do not panic. Remember, help is always nearby. Magtatalaga ang pamahalaan ng enough staff to cater to the attendeesí needs. The DOH has ensured that there are 20 ambulances on standby para sa mga emergencies.

5. For those with chronic illnesses, bring your medicines. Huwag kalimutang dalhin ang inyong maintenance medication and emergency medication.

6. Go to the nearest first aid station, should you need medical attention.

dohtips18. One child per parent only. Sakaling nais ninyong dalhin ang inyong mga anak, a ratio of one parent to one child is important para mabantayan ang mga bata. Lagyan sila ng papel sa bulsa with their name, parent’s name and contact number. Makakatulong ito sakaling mawala sila sa lugar.

9. Donít bring firecrackers and alcohol.

It is expected that this might break the World Youth Day 1995 record of the number of attendees.

Best be prepared when joining such a big crowd. We all want to remember the Papal Visit as a happy occasion in our lives.
